Within a closed greenhouse all airvents will be shut all year round. The closed greenhouse is a integrated system where factors like humidity, temperature an CO2 can be controlled optimally. Because of that, air can be used more efficient and will be more controllable, another advantage is the savings on CO2.  

The Air Handling Unit standard is fitted with two fans (AC or EC)   

AC vs. EC Fans
EC makes use of direct current and can save up-to 90% in energy costs. With EC fans, the use of frequency drive will be unnecessary because each fan can be set and controlled individually.
More and more countries give subsidies when EC technology is used. So the subsidy and energy savings will lead to quick regain of the investment made. Enerdes BV advises to use EC technology, but we can also deliver conventional AC fans.

This Enerdes Air Handling Unit is entirely developed by highly educated personnel with the use of the latest 3D technologies. The Air Handling Unit is also tested in the most advanced testcentre of Europe (see movie below) for sound power, energy usage, airflow and pressure. All testresults match the high standards set by clients and Enerdes BV.
